How to Find Articles in an NC LIVE Database
1. Once you have selected the database you want to search in, enter your search term(s). If you do more than one search term, make sure to put the word “and” in between the two terms.
2. Make sure to always check the box for Full Text. This will ensure that your search will return results with only full access to articles.
3. Click on the title of the article or the Full Text option at the bottom to access the article.
4. The abstract gives you a brief summary of what the article will be about. Reading the abstract is a good way to quickly find out if an article is going to be appropriate for your research assignment.
5. The buttons below allow you to email, print, save, and even create a citation for your article.
